The LMP & Bulk Plant Operators would operate procedures and equipment at LMP or bulk plant facilities/operations so that the prepared products and bulk materials can be delivered to well sites, while maintaining excellent quality control and in accordance with company policies and procedures. He/she assists in training other operators and trainees. Comply with all governmental regulations, industry standards.
Responsible for the correct implementation of the blending and mixing procedures of all fluids & bulk products as well as its delivery to the field via vessel or such. Inventory Management - Responsible for assisting with Inventory Count, Balance to supervisors, Level of Inventory and Documentation Monitors the total cost of materials and implements cost-effective improvements. Ensure 100% compliance to all the QHSE requirements related to LMP & Bulk Plan Operations and Handling of Bulk Material. Ensure proper disposal of waste, container, pallet, etc. resulting from the Mixing and Blending of Bulk Material. Responsible for the Performance Management, Training and Development of people under his/her supervision.
SVQ trained is preferable & Manual Handling an advantage
Awareness of Health & Safety, able to follow verbal and written instructions, practical skills and be physically fit, Teamwork
- Minimum of two years within a similar role.
- Solid understanding of the mixing process to set recipe & Inventory Management Principles.
- Solid understanding of the QHSE regulations related to LMP & Bulk Plants and Handling of Bulk Material Competent in handling Logistics to transfer the products to the field locations

Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any product, process of QHSE non-conformities. Identify and record any product, process or QHSE system problem. Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels.
